DC Everest Using Facebook to Reach Community on Budget Impact

Check out the budget resolution from the DC Everest School Board, as well as the information document the district is using to inform the community of the proposed budget impact on the district’s children.  These documents were posted on the district Facebook page and have been viewed by thousands in less than 24 hours.  What a great way to get the word out to the larger community.  Great work, DC Everest!!

JFC Announces Public Hearings on Budget

The Joint Finance Committee announced it will be holding four public hearings on the Governor’s 2015-17 budget.  Those hearings include:

 

·         10 am – 5 pm:  Wednesday, March 18 at Brillion High School
·         10 am – 5 pm:  Friday, March 20 at Alverno College in Milwaukee
·         10 am – 5 pm:  Monday, March 23 at UW Barron County in Rice Lake
·         9:30 am – 4 pm:  Thursday, March 26 at the CAL Auditorium in Reedsburg
