State Budget Impasse Drags On

As reported by the Wisconsin State Journal, GOP legislative leaders met for about 45 minutes on Tuesday morning with no progress in the state budget impasse. Senate and Assembly GOP leaders may meet again this Thursday, but the budget-writing Joint Finance Committee is unlikely to meet this week.
