WPF: State’s Budget Challenges Come Into Focus

Although the Wisconsin Department of Administration’s November 20 fiscal report provided better news regarding the state’s fiscal condition than we anticipated (or feared), today’s report from the Wisconsin Policy Forum provides a sobering assessment of the fiscal and political challenges to come in the 2021-23 state budget process.
