Court Declares Emergency Order 28 Unlawful; Allows School Closure Order to Stand

Several law firms that we work with either have released, or will soon release, legal updates focusing on the Wisconsin Supreme Court’s decision yesterday to declare Emergency Order 28 unlawful, yet allow the school closure order to stand. We will provide links below to each firm’s update as it becomes available.
