AFP Begins Public Campaign for Vouchers in Wisconsin

By Wisconsin School Administrators Alliance staff | February 5, 2013

The conservative Americans for Prosperity-Wisconsin has announced plans for a public campaign in support of private school choice, including a series of town halls.

The effort comes as Walker considers putting an expansion of the school choice program in his state budget.

The first town hall is today in Beloit, followed by one tomorrow in Kenosha and Thursday in Green Bay. Fox News contributor Juan Williams will be at the Green Bay event, while talk show host Tony Katz will be on the panel all three nights.

The group also unveiled the website which features news from around the state as well as a petition for Wisconsin residents to show their support for the program.
