Op-Ed on Special Needs Vouchers
By Wisconsin School Administrators Alliance staff | January 18, 2013
An Op-ed piece opposing special needs vouchers, co-authored by WCASS Executive Director Gary Myrah and containing SAA input, was published in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel today. Please note that, consistent with the SAA’s current position on voucher expansion, the Op-ed authors implore lawmakers to keep any special needs voucher provisions out of the budget as well.
Once again, the SAA encourages all members to give their Republican legislators the same message:
Don’t put any type of voucher provisions in the budget, whether it be special needs vouchers or voucher school expansion.
